We went to Shilo for 2 acupuncture visits and she not only made the experience so comfortable for my 4 year old, she also gave us at home exercises to help drainage and we have been ear infection and antibiotics free for a year. “Based on reviews I read, I was quite scared to come here. But it turned out to one of the best experiences I've ever had in a hospital. The ER was really fast taking us in about 10 minutes after we walked into the reception room. The nurses were kind and corporated with me and my family. They were fast and got right into it and after about 3 hours we were out healthy. It was an overall good experience especially when we had an emergency on our first day of vacation.”

“Briefly, Lindsay Glassford is awesome. In detail, Lindsay is a compassionate professional that cares about finding the right approach to deal with the issue going on with your feet. She made a very complete assessment of my feet, with gait analysis, a whole hour for the first appointment. I must say it was refreshing after having seen a podiatrist that literally spent 10mins with me. Of course, the orthotics she made are far better than the one I previously received from the podiatrist. They are causing no pain and I would say even are comfortable to wear on the first day! Also, let's say we need to adjust them to have the perfect fit (because we all know that orthotics could be tricky to adjust in the fine details), I'm sure she will be there to help me. If you are looking for a knowledgeable professional that really cares, Lindsay Glassford is your girl!”
