“Nice place. Room amenities very scarce. No fridge. No microwave. Only a small coffee maker. Had to buy a cooler in town which was 33minute drive away and loaded up on groceries. It’s a nice place for someone who doesn’t mind eating in the restaurants every meal and isn’t on a budget. Lots of deep fried foods and French fries. Wasn’t told I could drive to door to drop off my bags and suitcase close to the entrance. Had to carry it from parking lot and up 3 flights of stairs and the another 2 flights of stairs to get to room. No elevator. Never been here before so it was frustrating understanding the lay of the land.”

“We love Panorama. Big mountain with great snow and no lift lines. Small, friendly village that feels like you belong. Not a huge nightlife, but a good ski bar to review the day and options for dinner for the times we eat out.”

“Super helpful and easy! Even when our cards got demagnitized, they sent someone to us to replace the keys.”

“We walked the Valley Trail. Such a nice 3km home through the woods, past the golf course, and down by Toby Creek. Such a pleasurable walk.”

“Just spent a couple of nights at the Earl Grey and it was simply outstanding. Phil and Clare are incredible hosts, the perfect mix of professionalism and humour. I couldn’t have been more happy. I very rarely leave reviews of places I’ve stayed but this B and B is exceptional and warrants all the praise it has received in the past. Both Phil and Clare went out of their way to be friendly and thoughtful (for example, offering boot and glove warmers as one heads out to the hill on a chilly day). The location is also brilliant, very short walk to the main lift and base of Panorama. I hope to return soon.”

“We rented from an AirBNB host. Good time. Beautiful location. I would just recommend checking the season before coming. We were there after ski season ended, but before the golf and summer season started, so everything but the warm pool was closed. Very little to do, and no restaurants were open.”

“Great hill, inexpensive accommodation, bad WiFi though.”

“The location is convenient. Above ski rental place and not far to walk to get to the bunny hill, Discovery Quad, and Mile 1 lifts. The suites are a bit smaller than the other lodge (i.e. one bedroom in Tamarack Lodge vs one bedroom in Springs). Feels like the building might be a bit older? Found the hot water in the showers to not be hot. The pull out couch mattress was not too comfortable. Other than that we were pretty happy with our stay here.”

“The rooms were a decent size and had creative uses of space. Some parts on the walls were dirty though. And the lack of AC was noticable. It was during the summer season so staff was scarce but the one's present were kind and helpful.”

“This hotel is very good value, the price is right. You will however understand why they charge so little once you arrive. The rooms are extremely dated, dark, and the beds feel like they paid 5 bucks each for them. Lack of a mini fridge really sucks too if you’re staying for multiple days. However all that said, the location is amazing. You’re like a 2 minute walk to the lifts. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. These are perfect for young adults that just want to go skiing with friends and don’t care too much about much else. A couple things i found frustrating is that we were staying on the 3rd floor and the elevator stopped working and it didn’t appear that the staff were even trying to get it repaired. There wasn’t even a sign up by the following day. I find it hard to believe that a world class resort wouldn’t have an elevator contract and couldn’t have had someone in there to fix it. The other thing is staff parking resort vehicles in the entry area where there is only room for one or two vehicles to unload in the first place. We already had to hand bomb all our stuff down the stairs due to the broken elevator it was pretty frustrating that I couldn’t park near the entrance to load. They did eventually move it but I was done by that point.”
