“I would give more stars, but unfortunately the supervisor or senior staff member I had Saturday November 18th was the WORST customer care I have actually ever had in Canada. I was standing in line waiting for a return to go through and this person was on another till and even though was literally the next person in line she kept calling over everyone behind me. When I asked I could come over there as I had been waiting the longest she rolled her eyes and said "I guess so". I went over and she rang my 3 items in and when I had thought I had tapped my card properly I went to leave, she then very loudly said "your card was declined!" When I asked of she could lower her voice she said "well your card didn't work and you were walking away!" Then after it DID tap properly I asked for a receipt, she said "sure" and actually held the receipt over on the other side of the till so.i had to actually move around some things to get it. She has glasses and light brown braided hair. If you see her working STAY AWAY! I personally will be shopping at Save On Foods from now on and telling my experience to all. I do not deserve that treatment and nor does anyone else, she should NOT be in customer service at all!”

“I wish I could give Corey and the rest of the staff 10 stars here. We were camping in the mountains near Radium (travelled from Saskatchewan) when I had an incident with my bike rack. Stopped in here to see if anyone could help me out. Corey selflessly went out of his way to hang on to my bike rack and get it fixed up for me so I could continue my travels worry free! The store itself has everything including snacks, liquor, Ice, supplies, and fuel! Will definitely be back in next time I’m out there! Thanks again Corey!”

Got a latte from the cafe and it was the best damn latte I've had in a very long time. Unfortunately I live in Alberta so it may be a while before I can visit again, but I'll be sure to add this place to my trip whenever I pass through again.”

“This store is awesome. So many interesting products from all over the country and imported in to it. Its a must see. They have Mr Jones Slush machines! Various local brands of beef and other jerkies. The list goes on and on. Fresh fruit amd veggies, all local products. Yum. Stop in. Its worth it. They have like 15 Telsa super chargers and other brand electric chargers too. Cheap gas and propane and desiel. They have it all. Come and see for yourself.”

“We ended up here two days in a row. One of our party has strict dietary requirements. The restaurants in town didn't really accommodate this or were very expensive. Save On Foods rescued us with excellent chicken pot pies and delicious Thai chicken soup on the first visit. The second visit was for a gourmet sandwich with chips and a drink deal and snacks. Interesting to us, as visitors to Canada, to see what brands and what groceries might differ, and found the rolling shopping basket interesting. Bought a "Proudly Canadian" reusable bag, instead of paying for plastic bags, which became one of our souvenirs. Thanks to the deli employees for their time and kindness (first trip) and to the lady employee walking by who helped us out and the lady at check out (second trip). You all made grocery shopping in Fernie one of our pleasant experiences.”
