“Great staff, they really go out of their way to make the customer happy. They have good covid-19 protocols in place. Everyone is smiling, welcoming and happy. Plus they love dogs ..Duke will greet you if he is on shift, Boomer is in charge of supervising the Detail department, Oliver has control of the parts department and occasionally Bella & Shilo hang out in accounting. (Service doesn't have a dog because the chemicals, like antifreeze, can be dangerous to animals) any business that has fur-workers has to be awesome!”

“Brought our F150 in for an oil change, very Thorough Service disinfected all the high touch areas in my car and took a video before they took the car to make sure there was no damage. Jasmine, the girl who helped me was very helpful and knowledgable and nice! I just wish that someone would’ve called me when it was done because I had to call myself after waiting two hours for an oil change. Wasn’t able to get the car washed because by the time I picked it up they were on lunch it would’ve been a nice courtesy touch for them to wash it before they went on lunch but oh well overall good service.”

During the actual purchase phase this continued with the feel of the dealership being one that focused on the customer. The level of service we received from Kyle was exceptional from start to finish. On one occasion when he wasn't available and we had questions we had equally customer focused service from Brad. When it came to the purchase itself Jennifer was first rate in taking care of the paperwork. I haven't met the service team as yet but if what I have experienced so far is any indication it too will be customer focused. “Very friendly and efficient! Came out after to fix a minor problem with our glove box we forgot to mention without charging us. They swapped out all of our air filters wich made a huge difference, and they fixed our brakes so they're even better than new. The employees were incredibly friendly and informative, and kept us up to date on everything they were doing. They also charged us much cheaper than our last car brand by almost 200 dollars for the same service. We've definitely converted to lifetime customers!”
