(April 17, 2018, 2:31 am)CARES always responds promptly to my emailed queries, and with my first attempt with a new counsellor I found someone lovely who I decided to stick with. I've had no problems thus far and would highly recommend!
(January 11, 2018, 1:53 am)I had a terrible session with Carol Salmon at Cares Counselling. I left a voicemail explaining my experience and I have to say that they handled my experience with so much care and made me feel like I was important. Not only did they offer a refund or a new free session with other counsellor, but they also went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable coming back. I am now seeing a new counsellor at Cares Counselling and she is so wonderful! I left from my first session with Carol feeling terrible, but Cares did everything right to bring me back and I am very grateful.
