A great picnic area to relax, unwind and fish in a slough/drainage stream to the Fraser River

I came here for the first time during the Perseids meteor shower in mid-August 2018. Even though it was a smokey day, this place got really dark, light pollution blocked by hills and mountain on either side. There were quite a few people that came out to see the stars, and it was a perfect place to stargaze. Not too far from Metro Vancouver as well.

Not sure how this place is during daytime, but definitely a good spot for stargazing!
