I had shoulder issues due to overtraining.

Over a period of 60 days Remmert worked with myself and gave some tips to the good people at Ascend gym on a program that would assist in my recovery. Remmert also work in a few massages with one of the their team members. Wonderful!!!

Remmert was a pleasure to work with. Best of all 60 days later I am 95% better. Just swam Cultus Lake last weekend. 6.2 km. No issues!!!!
