“Everyone that works here are amazing , kind & helpful. The place is very clean & organized + they are always ready to work when it’s time to fix your teeth. Dr. Dhesi is very patient & gentle ! He helped me with my teeth & made sure to explain everything & also made sure I felt comfortable. I trust him & the staff to take care of my teeth & not do any unneeded work. My son is scared of dental work but dr. Dhesi was patient with him & tried to help him as much as he could & I appreciate him for doing what he was able to do, he was able to finish 3 out of 4 fillings ! Even though he couldn’t work on all of my sons teeth they have great referrals for us”

“This office is fantastic. All of our children had braces through them. Their customer service is the best we’ve had from any medical/dental office (minus our long time family doctor). They’ve always explained everything to us and ensured understanding before moving ahead with the next step and not just gone ahead and done things without making sure we understood. Our kids felt welcomed, safe, respected and heard at their visits. They always felt like they can ask questions or express concerns about their brackets or treatment plans and anything else pertaining to their braces. Their questions are always answered and they’re treated with respect and kindness. Dinah is the best for working with our schedules and getting us booked in. She makes sure the right person gets my emails if I email in with a question and responses are prompt. They still know who we all are and during treatment were flexible on many levels in order to accommodate us and make things work for us. Our children’s experiences with them over the years was so good, that I also got my braces there, instead of the place across the street from my shop. It was worth a few minutes further drive. Don’t hesitate, just go see them. You’ll be glad you did.”

“I wish I could give Dr. Andrew Irwin 10 stars. Look no further for a dentist, he is the Dentist for you. I went to him to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth and I stayed awake for this procedure. I was a bit nervous prior to my appointment as this is to closest thing I’ve had to surgery, however, Dr. Irwin helped me feel comfortable right away. During the procedure I barely felt anything and each removal went super smooth even with one of my teeth growing sideways. I didn’t have to focus on each tooth removal either as he kept me entertained with stories about his family summer plans and paddle boarding. His assistant helped me feel comfortable as well by keeping me hydrated and applied chapstick to my lips when my lips got dry. My recovery was speedy with no infections and the direct billing to my benefits provider was taken care of immediately as well. I have a 10 star dentist to thanks! I can’t forget about his entire team of assistants and staff who helped as well. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and they treated me like pure gold. I will always highly recommend Dr. Irwin.”

“To clarify, the staff at Sardis North are extremely nice and Dr. Hutton is a legend when it comes to dentists in Chilliwack, he is of the most skilled and reputable dentists you will find in this town. That said, the service I've received here by the other in house dentist left me with a very bad taste. To illustrate, I had a clear quote to get specific work done. Half way through the procedure after the dentist had drilled a hole in my tooth, he informed me that the cavity was a little bigger than he could judge by the X-ray and so he asked me to agree to increasing the fee by $50. With a big hole already drilled in my tooth and half my face frozen I wasn't really in a place to negotiate on the price, so I agreed to it, feeling at that point price gouged with a bait and switch game. That operation added no more time or complications, and was done quickly. I visited again 6 months later, requesting to see Dr. Hutton, who is fantastic, and he said the work that was done previously had already disintegrated and would all have to be re-done, and that many of the recommendations from the other dentist were not necessary. That said, Hutton is in high demand and so it takes often months to book time with him so I switched to a different dentist office. All the best!”
