Picked up the phone and provided service on a Saturday. Was efficient, and reasonably priced. Explained everything thoroughly. Also suggested upgrades to both the hot water tank and furnace as they are both dated and the furnace was the original that came with the house when it was built in 1983. He gave us very fair and reasonable quotes for the upgrades too. All in all very professiinal and friendly service and I would 0recommend him to anyone who needs repairs or replacements.
