“Terrible shop. Matt lied about the time he spent working on our car, stated he had no idea how to repair it, yet refused to return it to us. Kept it for two additional days before allowing us to pick it up. It was repaired, and he claimed to have waived the Labour as a courtesy. Based on the amount of the bill, I questioned whether the Labour was actually removed while paying the full bill. Matt tried to grab me, tried to hit me. A very volatile personality. Filed a police report with the RCMP to protect future customers in case someone ends up actually getting in a fight with him. A very dirty and deceptive business. Steer clear.”

We had major cargo trailer issues towing from Vancouver to Newfoundland. In Hope, Ravi showed up promptly after calling for assistance. We spent a total of 3 days with these guys and they were relentless in their efforts to make sure we got back on the road quickly and safely - even working late hours, and allowing us to park in their space, and helping us out with a motel for the night. HTT not only installed bearings, spindles, brakes, wheels and custom fixed our axle at a fair price for us to travel the rest of the way but, they also prepared us for what lay ahead with friendly advice and genuine service and interest - checking in with us on the final legs of the trip. It was a pleasure that we were fortunate enough to break down close to Hope Truck & Trailer. Not just a truck repair shop, it’s clear that these guys have been working together for a long time, efficiently, and with the customer’s needs at the forefront.
