“We went for a mother-daughters weekend trip and loved it. The tents are cute, the food was good, staff super friendly and we enjoyed all of the activities. My 17 year old is hard to engage but she loved the weekend and it was nice to see her off her phone! Loved the private beach on the river, rafting, archery. Yoga and massages were great and nice after rafting. My youngest loved the cliff diving also. It's a beautiful location. Would highly recommend.”

“WOW we moved last march and finally got around to visiting the pool it is really nice very well maintained, staff are very friendly and super on top of covid related measures and have all of that sorted out with arrows and such ,pool is nice an warm around 86ish love the bubble area and the lazy river is so fun as it is really fast but they have a slower one too, would oh e to see the hot tub open to each family group for day like 5ish mins at a time would be nice and maybe having session 10 min shorter and allowing people to line up social distance to rinse off in their family groups Will for sure be back”

If you are afraid to join a gym because you think you are too old, overweight, out of shape, don’t have the right clothes, hate exercise or any other reason then Ascend is the place for you. Ascend seems to attract the best clients. Even though everyone is at a different fitness level I have never seen anything other than encouragement and praise from anyone.
