“I would like to let you know how impressed I was with the driver that delivered my storage container. He was personable and professional. I told him where I would like the container placed, and he took the time to place it exactly where I wanted it, even though it took him extra time and effort as he had to maneuver around a utility pole to do so. One of the main reasons that I tried your company is that I had tried one of your competitors, and the driver that they used ignored my instructions as to how I wanted the container placed at the beginning, and once he started unloading, he said that he couldn’t do anything about it, so I was stuck with it in an inconvenient place. He was very condescending towards me and my wishes. So, when I needed another container, I looked for a different option.”

An opportunity to view the various storage areas gave me a choice to decided if I needed more or less storage. The larger storage area was perfect. Most importantly, Desi's Moving company was recommended by Extra Storage staff to move the items from my location to storage. Rob and his staff were fast, efficient and very careful not to damage anything. Extra Storage is rated five stars for great service.”
