“This is a really good campground. Brenda and family, and her staff, keep all the campsites clean ready for your arrival. They are also pretty strict on quiet times, which is good when you have younger children, or seniors that want an early night, lol! A good mix of different sites, from standard to full hook-ups. Our grandchildren loved paddling at the side of the river where it was flowing very slowly. There is an awesome bike park just across the road, for all level of biking. You can walk into Hope for any shopping. This campground is definitely on our list for next year.”

“Amazing place. Best gas bar in b.c by far. Historic site. They have liquor and novelties galore. Native gas bar with native concept. Most amazing place I've ever seen. They have fire works and smoked salmon. Restaurant. It's a one stop shop by far. If you in the area than you better stop and give them a look. Even the front door is real home door. Place has awesome vibes as the staff is super friendly. They have fresh pastries and food and ice cream available. This will be a stop for my family and myself. Esso gas station should all be this way. Of course this place is a historic site. Amazing is not the big enough word. There are no words for this beautiful site. I'm from kitimat and I'm coming back here on the pass by again to follow up and look more into the history of the hope family that owns the property. I will write a new review when I can. But I did take a couple of pictures of the outside structure. Enjoy and please check it out. You will not be disappointed. Be safe with covid measures. Hope for a few likes on this post as well. “Really good camping place, calm and friendly... quiet time until 11:00 pm. The only downside is the train tracks too close making it to noisy for some. Prices for night are very reasonable, 2nd time there this year.”

“Great place to stay . We have been living here permanently since the end of May 2020. Owner is awesome has 2 super friendly dogs . Highly recommend this place for camping in the summer if you don't mind the train and the highway . Not called Whistle Stop for no reason. All permanent spots are full but bring your camping gear for next summer”

“We were biking through and didn't have a place to stay and it was getting late, the office would be closed by the time we got there but they stayed up and made a bed for us. A small simple act of kindness that totally made our night. The building is older on the outside but the rooms have been redone and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Cottonwood Meadows is the BEST park in the whole area! When we are in the Fraser Valley, this is our place to be. Stella, the park manager, keeps the park clean and welcoming. Stella ensures that all of the parks guests are well taken care of and finds just the right site for their RV's. We love staying here because we know that there is consistently great service and our RV needs are met with utmost consideration and care”

“Really great RV park, close to the stores and highway. Sites are spacious and private and very well taken care of. Lots of greenery, most sites have nice trees around them. The Office Manager, Stella, is awesome and very helpful. She knows the grounds inside and out. There are always goodies available at the office, which I love...the donuts especially! I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to have a pleasant and peaceful RV experience, long or short term. Looking forward to spending more time here.”
