I visited the showroom late on a Saturday afternoon, and Shelli met my designer and me at the door. We knew what we were looking for (different and making a statement), but weren't very good with describing it. Shelli stuck with us and listened well, including bringing books and asking more questions. She searched the computer, stock supplies, etc, and she landed it!! I have to say it wasn't close to what I thought I wanted, it was actually better. Thanks, Shelli, for your patience and finding just the right thing. ????

We visited Robinson lighting a few months ago, looking for some modern lights for renovating my house. Johnny provided very useful tips on how to select the LED lights and how to identify the quality of a light. With his help, we chose several lights for the project. They look gorgeous after we finish the renovation -- very modern look and definitely better than some other lights we bought from other sources. Have done two renovations using Robinson’s they have great quality products at many price points. For me what sets them apart is the after sales service. Wendy helped me 5 years after my purchase when I had a warranty issue with a faucet, not to many retailers do that these days.
