I called at 9:30am, Ken arrived at noon, worked through a difficult situation, thought outside the box to resolved a tricky (and poor) original installation that failed, and saved the day. Thanks tons Ken and Mr. Swirl. You were all super nice, professional and attentive.

(February 1, 2019, 9:41 pm)Kevin and his his apprentice Justin did a great job on discovering the cause of the leak under my kitchen sink. They took the time to research my alternatives and Kevin took the time to instruct and confer with Justin. They installed a new tap set. Explained everything to me and did a good clean up after themselves. Thank you Kevin and Justin

Provided options for us and even checked the rest of our plumbing. So impressed! Will definitely be asking for him by name when we go to make our next upgrades. Thanks Kevin!
