“We had been in here for a Beaver and Cub overnight camp. It is very new and very clean. It has a stainless steel kitchen with 2 refrigerators, microwave, double sinks and a plug in kettle. The one thing it still needs is a stove. It has chairs, both adult and kid sized in the storage room to pull out to the main room for functions. You could easily have your sports windup party in here for 50 or so people. It has lots of plug-ins for apparatuses. It has one large washroom inside with 2 public washrooms on the outside of the building. It is well built. I believe it will be well used very soon. To book it for an event, you need to sign and pay a rental agreement from the City of Coquitlam Rentals.”

“I have been working with Lisa and her Body Zone Fitness Team since August 2010. We both have been through many life changes along the way and I continue to invest in my health and well-being with her leadership and friendship. Life is busy and I ensure that my personal training sessions are treated and scheduled with priority in my activities. Our sessions are about working hard and staying motivated. I look to Lisa to encourage me, push me, entertain me, and distract me! Her infectious laugh and spirit is what you need at 6am in the morning! During my journey, along with training, I have received nutritional guidance and recommendations to meet my goals. In July 2016, I set a goal to lose 10 pounds and 10 weeks later met my goal. “After reading reviews I was slightly hesitant on signing my daughter up. After her first lesson yesterday, I did not see any safety concerns and could not back any of that up! I was amazed with everything I saw. I paid for my daughter to do private lessons with coach Irina as class times did not work for us. She was super gentle and caring. She celebrated all the accomplishments with my daughter. My girl is 3 months shy of turning 4. She is typically a shy kid but I saw none of that. Class started and ended on time. Despite other groups practicing during my daughters private lesson, there was always room for her at any "Station" and all the other coaches seemed very attentive to the entire group, providing corrections and praises! I would recommend Omega. I am happy to have my daughter attend this gym!”

“Very welcoming and lots of fun to have. We used to go Kerrigan Gymnastics and are still with them after they moved and changed their name to LeapFrog Gymnastics . They have upgraded their equipment everything is new, yes the space is smaller now but it is really well organized and perfect for toddler to work on their skills The place is always kept clean, their staff is very professional and helpful Owners and instructors are nice, supportive and polite .”
