    I have been training with Lisa and the Body Zone Fitness team since 2011 and I am so glad that I discovered them. Since then I have had a wedding and two kids and they have helped me achieve my fitness goals through all of it!

    Lisa and her team are all educated and experienced trainers who make working out fun...even when it's hard! They offer so many programs that make it easy to make fitness fit into your life and your schedule. I love their Bootcamp classes which guarantee an incredible and intense workout 3 times a week and I also love doing their online challenges so that I can workout at home and fit it into my schedule where I need to.

    Lisa's passion and enthusiasm for fitness are contagious and I continue to be motivated and inspired by the Body Zone team to live my best life!

    I just finished 2 months personal training with the Gold Package (3 days a week). Both Terri-Ann and Jenn were amazing trainers. They were so motivating and encouraging and helped me not only to meet my initial goals, but smash them quickly and realize my goals could be so much bigger. They were also really good at modifying exercises to work with my injuries and with the equipment available to me in my gym. Having a regular training schedule helped get me into a routine and nutritional and supplement advice helped round out my program. The discount at Fuel is a great bonus! I am totally addicted to weight training now and can't wait to keep working with BodyZone to keep pushing the limits of what I am capable of. Thank you for helping me become stronger, more flexible, and feel the best I have in years.

    I have been working with Lisa and her Body Zone Fitness Team since August 2010. We both have been through many life changes along the way and I continue to invest in my health and well-being with her leadership and friendship.

    Life is busy and I ensure that my personal training sessions are treated and scheduled with priority in my activities. Our sessions are about working hard and staying motivated. I look to Lisa to encourage me, push me, entertain me, and distract me! Her infectious laugh and spirit is what you need at 6am in the morning!

    During my journey, along with training, I have received nutritional guidance and recommendations to meet my goals. In July 2016, I set a goal to lose 10 pounds and 10 weeks later met my goal. I’m happy to say I continue to maintain my lower weight and value Lisa’s input and encouragement.

    I have never felt stronger or healthier. I continue to make fitness a priority in my own life and hope to provide a positive example of what hard work and the right resources can accomplish.

    Lisa is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to all aspects of Body Zone Fitness.

    Have been working with Lisa as a personal trainer since November of 2014. At first, everything was going well. Both my wife and I were losing inches and getting back in shape at 60 and 62 respectfully. Then I threw my back out and found out I had spinal sinosis as well. I was prepared to give it up but Lisa assured me we could work together. Today, January 2018, I am still working with Lisa. Not as hard as I was due to the back but she has devised and adapted many exercises to meet my needs. Not losing weight as fast as I would like but that is partly my fault because I keep throwing my back out and having to take a break from working out. She is so positive and helpful. She checks constantly to ensure I am not hurting my back with the exercises. If it wasn't for her positivity I would probably have given up a couple of years ago. Today, my goal is maintenance and a gradual move forward. At 66 now, I know I will probably have this issue for the rest of my life. Progress? Whatever I have I owe to Lisa.

    Body Zone is my go to place to work out. With their Personal Training sessions, meal plans and their bootcamp classes, this is the one stop shop. Their trainers are constantly supporting you and encouraging you to reach your goals. Starting with Body Zone was the best decision I've ever made!
