“Juli did my bridal hair and she did do an amazing job. I loved my hair for my wedding. However her communication and customer service skills could definitely use some improvement. She sent me my timeline 3 days before the wedding, I wasn’t happy with the time she wanted to start (6:15am) So I called and left a voicemail fo her to contact me. She didn’t respond. Within a 2 day period (leading up to the day before my wedding) I called and left 5 voicemails and emailed her 2 times requesting for her to contact me. She never responded. Finally on my 6th call she answered my call and didn’t acknowledge the fact that I had left multiple messages and emails. She did Chang my start time in the end which I was happy with. I had the same issue with trying to book my trial hair and makeup. I called and left multiple voice messages and emails and it took Juli over a week and a half to get back to me.”

She is an exceptionally intelligent and talented colorist and always makes sure I understand what she is doing and what the final product will look like. She also gives her honest opinion on what the hair can handle, which is what you need in a stylist. Lastly shes an awesome hair cutter too. Book her in advance she fills up fast!”

The experience is calm and soothing - I’ve been flexible with hair stylists and they’ve all been wonderful.. “Salam does great hair cuts and pays attention to the details without having to instruct him every step of the way, which has been my experience at Sports Clips. Just be clear with what you're looking for, and he'll make it happen. One of the negative reviews mentioned that the speed wasn't the fastest, which is true, however I noticed in my experiences there that the cause for that is because Salam makes sure he will get all the details right (getting all of loose strands of hair behind the ear, front hairline, etc). If you can respect that, then it shouldn't be an issue. Sometimes he'll be watching the game on TV while cutting your hair, which can be disconcerting, however in my experience this hasn't led to any mistakes Pros: -Good Hair Cuts -Good prices -Usually has soccer games playing on the TV Cons: -Sometimes there's a bit of a wait since he's a one man operation and its first come first serve -Hours aren't always the most convenient for those working 9-5 Monday to Friday as he's usually closed around 6 M-F and Saturday can depend on whether he has other committment requiring him to close earlier However he always answers to phone, so you can call and check. Overall great place, and always my first choice”

“I had Shaz cut my hair and it was a great experience! I wanted to donate my hair, so I got my hair shampooed, then cut in a ponytail. From there, I wanted a mid length bob. She did a great job of being detailed and started with the ends being blunt. We decided it was a good shape, but it would be better with the ends softened. I was and am super happy with the haircut. It's one of my favourite haircuts to date! I also got my eyebrows threaded to clean them up, which was done well too.”

“I went in looking like a disaster and left looking like a star!! Get VA to do your hair. She's the owner and has over 25 years of experience. I'm usually very picky with my hair stylists but I'm so grateful I didn't listen to the bad reviews on here and went with my gut. They booked me in last minute which was great! The moment I got in I felt very welcomed. I was offered an Americano which is my favorite. They literally gave me five star service. I'm a very busy lady working 6 days a week so not only was my hair looking amazing my cut and dye took literally a little over an hour!! I just wanted to give a shout out to the whole team and I'm glad I found a hair spa to call my home ????”
