“I have no issue with the servicing done on my vehicle. Not enough good things can be said about the staff; they're great!! The reports which they send on the vehicle is fantastic, easy to understand, and straight forward. No upselling of anything that's not required. They've earned my trust. My only peeves are that with the transition of the old to the new system which resulted in 2 service appointments being "dropped", despite booking the appointments a month in advance (on both occasions). I showed up and I wasn't scheduled. I understand that this is a transition period with a new system and there will be issues to iron out, and they were very apologetic about it and "squeezed" me in. Squeezed in appointments, in my opinion, do not get the quality they would have received as the time that would have been allotted and dedicated isn't there. My next peeve; Norlang does not enforce a policy on their loaner vehicles being returned in good time. This ends up leaving the next clients in a quagmire, with schedules in disarray because loaner cars are not brought back in good time. No one has the time to sit around and ether wait for the service to be done or wait for a loaner vehicle to be brought back. Either they start charging penalties for this or rent out cars to clients already promised vehicles, who are now without a mode of transportation, at the expense of the people refusing to bring back the cars in time. Alternatively, work with a car rental company that will facilitate this service, so they don't have to manage this in-house, and simply focus on delivering great quality service and mechanical workmanship.”

“Phenomenal staff, and wonderful customer service! I have been here twice and was so impressed with the care they provide not only to me, but every customer who was there was calm and happy. I bought winter tires from here last December. While driving I hit a pothole and had a tire blowout and 2 other tires go completely flat. I would have had to pay for a tow truck, but the owner actually drove to my house in Maple Ridge to assess the situation. He then sent a mechanic to my home to fix up the flats and the only bill I had was to replace the tire I popped!! Amazing amazing amazing, I cannot say enough good things. Darryl and Mike are running a fantastic business where they really do put the customers first! 5 stars!!!”
