Campground Lodging Park

“It is a nice little park - right in downtown Fort Langley, BC. Wonderful people, quiet, and right by the trails and the river. The only complaint I have were the trains that blow their whistles. Sadly, I was told that they are closing in April (2013) of next year - but I may return before then with friends this winter for a spell. ”

“Large green grass field for sports as well as two very nicely kept tennis courts. The playground is small compared to other parks in the area, but it is a great place to bring family. The only disadvantage is that the entrance to the parking lot is off of 64th (a very busy street).”

“This is a very well kept park with playground equipment suitable for kids ages 3 and up. There are swings for little ones but the rest of the structures wouldn't work for little tikes. The Spray Park is small but once summer hits, it's going to be very popular with young families.”

Noel Booth Park

Address: 20302 36 Ave, Langley City, BC V3A 7P7, Canada

Park

“It's a beautiful park and it is a busy park. I man the crosswalk for the school children that go to NoelBooth Elementary. There is only one problem. People speed down this road. It's not safe for kids walking to school. Some drivers just don't care enough to slow down. This is an on leash park. People also don't pick up their dog mess, sometimes or they throw it in a bag in the bushes or pond.”

Derek Doubleday Arboretum

Address: 21559 Fraser Hwy, Langley City, BC V3A 4M6, Canada

“Love the place????Go there often to walk, to sit with my dog. The dirt piles made by little under ground critters throughout are distracting from its ambiance...hope it gets resolved somehow....would like to see more garbage cans provided so one doesn't have to carry their dogs poo around the park with them....otherwise it is like a little haven to go to and get away from the traffic and madness of everyday life”

Fairy Lane

Address: 6933 208B St Langley, BC ⚑ V2Y 0G3 208B St, Langley City, BC V2Y 2R7, Canada

Park

“This place does deserve 5 stars truly because it was once a beautiful, and magical place to go for a walk. Fairy tale lane is pretty much like a fairy tale when you walk through it...until recently. The city of Langley somehow thinks that that path way needed to be, as they put it, "beautified," when it was quite beautiful the way it was before. In my opinion, the workers are not doing a professional job and they are being very disrespectful towards the bird houses and the other beautiful things the local neighbors have been putting up FOR YEARS! The workers I find are littering their food, and cigarettes, and they are creating more destruction than beauty. I would love to know who approved this project and why weren't the local neighbors aware of what was going to happen? I guarantee if there was a vote, nobody would've voted towards their destruction. It's quite the opposite of beauty now. It was beautiful before any workers ever got there. This is truly disappointing and shameful towards the township of Langley to know they really don't care about the locals opinions.”

Porter Park

Address: 4998 215 St, Langley City, BC V3A 8P6, Canada

Park

“Porter Park has a really great jungle gym for kids and a nice sized field for kicking a ball or other running activities. I chose a 4 star eating only because the field isn't necessarily the most level. Having said that it's a nice field and a quiet place with some shade and benches for parents to sit and watch their kids play. We will visit it again for sure.”

Dale Ball Passive Park

“This disc golf course is one of the nicest I have been to. Everytime I'm in town I go to play here. If you can't side arm throw this would be a difficult course to play.”
