I was dealing with a rude younger girl who was rolling her eyes all night at all the customers tonight at the cash register then Brenda came on to help her and she was smiling and super friendly with all the customers. When that other rude girl (didn’t catch her name) went to look for her supervisor because I asked to finally speak to someone else, Brenda approached us and helped solve our issue. She was very friendly and exactly the type of person that makes customers go home, feel good about the experience and want to come back. I’ll be sure to recommend this store to all my friends after dealing with someone like her. I was contemplating making It my last business here even though my family and I are regulars since it’s so close to home and prices are pretty good. They offer the rare combination of both technical expertise with outstanding customer service. First, Sam's knowledge of materials and construction is second-to-none. Their lead technician offered deep substantive expertise in industry standards and building specifications. As for quality of the work, they understood that "just good" is not good enough for clients -- they hold themselves to a standard of perfectionism when it comes to work quality, and this mattered greatly to our company. Second, what I also valued most about Astro Glass "Sam" is trustworthiness: He is honest, and he told me when certain work or items were not necessary, and I never felt like his goal was to maximize the bill. They appear to play the long game with clients and to understand that honesty and reputation is more important than maximizing any one bill. For instance, when a technician accidentally damaged a small item in my house, I may not have noticed -- but Astro Glass promptly notified us of the damage and had it repaired immediately.
