Great place for a walk BUT DO NOT TUBE HERE.
Tubing from here to Maple Ridge park is dangerous it is 2+ hours and if your tube pops you will be stuck in nowhere. Not to mention all the fallen trees and branches your tube will hit.
If you do decide to tube down here you have to take the right in a fork after that only go left on the forks.
The river is clean but is fast with very slippery rocks.
A winter visit in the rain but I can only imagine in the warmer months this would be a beautiful secluded spot. Running river right beside the park. Covered area with picnic tables and bbq spots.
A beautiful natural park...lovely walks benches and river is amazing
Beautiful place. Good for a short walk or a picnic. As of right now (December 24th 2018) there is about 30 trees down and most paths are blocked but you can get over the trees
Gorgeous preserved natural space. Lots of flowing water, tonnes of running room with trees to climb. Filled with native wild plants. Great place for energetic kids!! I always meet the nicest people here.
