(February 9, 2019, 1:02 am)Valley Fair Mall makes me feel less bad about having Haney place mall. While Haney place is cute and quaint, Valley Fair is a significantly more practical mall for a growing town. With restaurants, banks, clothing stores, shoe stores, liquor store, London Drugs and it's all attached to/beside a save-on foods, you really can make this a one stop shop. They have free parking, accessible parking and lots of store fronts on the sides of the mall that make it feel very open and welcoming.
My favourite thing, however, is that the shops in the mall all seems to communicate and support each other. I see store owners chatting up customers and each other frequently which gives Valley Fair Mall a sense of community that is sorely lacking with any other shopping centre in Maple Ridge.
