“I've always loved the Safeway in Maple Ridge but it's closing its doors on May 25th. You can tell, the shelves are getting pretty bare. It's going to get renovations and reopen as some big box store called Freshi. I guess I'll be going to Save On from here on out. I'm going to miss the lovely staff that have been there for years. Hopefully the company will treat them fairly.”

“Delicious macaroons, many options with a rotating variety to choose from. One girl team, her name is Kizzy and she’s an absolute delight to meet and talk to! Good macaroons - if your driving though Maple Ridge, and catch her while she’s there, stop in! They are bigger than the average, sometimes over stuffed in the center, and a little rich but delicious. I have called many times during business hours to confirm if she’s open since I’m coming from Vancouver, she’s only answered once and has never returned any of my miss calls. Wouldn’t mind more attention to answering the phone, calling back, or being at her place during the online posted hours.”
