cant say enough good things about this gym. Kru and everyone makes you feel at home starting day 1. Instructors are fantastic and you can feel that they love what they’re doing. There are levels for everyone and anyone can enjoy and feel at home at this gym.
Immense respect for Kru Mehdi, Barb and everyone at KB-One. Do not look further because this gym is the one.
this place is GREAT!!! i love barb and Med so much. they've been so supportive since the first day i started my daughter in there kids class. my daughter always comes home feeling good about herself, she always looks so forward to going kickboxing. i highly recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a nice atmosphere. Perfect for the little ones.
I had a great time training there and my sparring skills definitely were improved. Kru Mehdi is a good man and great trainer. I also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. Great times I will never forget.
One of the best Muay Thai and mixed martial arts schools on the north shore! Kru Mehdi and Barb are the best and their classes are always fun and intense. Highly recommend KB-ONE to anyone just starting out or veteran martial artists.
