Jeff is an excellent trainer! He goes above and beyond, messaging us with nutrition tips and keeping us accountable with our workout goals (or trying to at least!) He is very attentive and customizes workouts to our specific goals and abilities: For example, I want to avoid injury snowboarding and running, while my husband wants to build muscle, and he gives us different workouts no problem even though we see him at the same time. And, if I have back or knee pain, he gives workouts that won't aggravate those areas. We have seen him for about a year and are healthier, happier, and less stressed. Jeff is very reasonably priced, flexible, encouraging, and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend!
Jeff brings so much support and extra encouragement with his personal training. When I was badly injured in a car accident I didn't know what to do physically or mentally and once I started training with Jeff I began to heal faster then I thought possible and became even stronger then I have ever been. I was able to bench press a new record and increase my self confidence. I enjoyed my training sessions at the gym but also felt that I had so much support out of the gym with what to eat and helping me stay accountable. I have been training with Jeff for a number of years now and will continue to do so as he has made fitness enjoyable and a part of everyday life.
I have been trained by Jeff (Performance 5 Fitness) for over ten years now. I have followed him to another location strictly because he is so great and so knowledgeable - he continually takes courses to upgrade his knowledge so that you receive the best information on specific training for you!. He follows my food logs, helps me with weight loss, and tailors my training specifically for me (I have torn meniscus in both knees). If you want a trainer who helps you achieve your goals, Jeff would be your perfect match.
Jeff has a unique way to motivate, guide and inspire. He is dedicated in helping his clients achieve their personal best – whatever that may be. He somehow knows how much you can lift, how fast you could go, how many reps you can do and how far to gently push and encourage. My training time with Jeff ends with almost nothing left in the tank. And I love that. Whoops, gotta go, time to bike down to the gym!
I have been training with Jeff for the last three years. He is one of the best trainers I have worked with. His knowledge, motivation, guidance and challenges have helped me get stronger and fitter for my races. He has helped me increase my strength which has resulted to "injury free". He always follows up after my races and provides great advise on areas I need to work on; whether it is strength, endurance or nutrition. Thank you Jeff for all your amazing training!
