I love my Yin yoga class as it's small, and Kevin is a great teacher.
As a newbie and out of shape, I appreciate the help, patience, and modifications helping me achieve my goal of mobility.
I love the space as well, and blankets and props that make the class a great experience.

My job is hectic with lots of responsibilities and deadlines, so going to Yin most every Thursday night has been my weekly 'retreat' where I get to turn off my brain, remember to breathe, and truly take care of my inner being. Katie is always so warm & welcoming, and genuinely cares to make sure everyone is getting what they need from the class. The combination of meditation, deep/prolonged breathing exercises, and prolonged stretching always helps me to unwind. If you experience stress on a regular basis, or just lead a very hectic life, I strongly encourage you to try Yin with Katie at Studio 202. For one hour every week, treat yourself!
Love this place! Amazing instructors and a neat studio was just what I was looking for in North Shore. My instructor always has a friendly attitude and sometimes even has my mat rolled out for me when I arrive ????
I always wanted to start yoga but wasn't sure who to go to. My sister introduced me to Katie at studio 202 and I have been thrilled by her teaching methods. She has a great attitude and is completely dedicated to her clients. The studio is very clean and welcoming and makes you feel at home. My favorite part of the sessions is the start and ending which enphasizes on breathing techniques and meditation. It helps with relaxation and stress.
I highly recommend Katie, she's one of the most caring people I have met. I wanted to thank Katie for offering private lessons to my husband who has been suffering from a bad back due to numerous motor vehicle accidents through the years. He has tried many methods to get better such as physiotherapy, acupuncture and active rehab. Since he started Yoga with Katie he has found some relief from various poses and stretches which has made his made a difference for him.
I have suffered from a bad back from multiple car accidents over the years. After my family Doctor recommended doing some private yoga sessions in addition to active physio therapy we were introduced to Katie through family referral. Katie is a wonderful Yoga Instructor. She's professional, courteous, and very patient and gentle with her students who are new to yoga. I feel that I have definitely benefitted from seeing her and would recommend her services to anyone who is suffering from back problems.
