“I found a company that can fix appliances! My washing machine was not working properly. It appeared the timer was malfunctioning. The problem with this is the replacement part is out of production and unavailable. The technician started ‘thinking outside the box’ and did more investigation and found the lid switch was broken. The switch was replaced and the washing machine is working great again! I am very pleased with the company’s service, the technician’s knowledge and technical skills. This repair saved me a lot of money and inconvenience. Had the technician not looked beyond the obvious I would be replacing my machine.
