“Spoke with Brett for a consultation on a commercial carpet situation (6 month old printer ink stains). He was super knowledgeable and upfront, and gave his honest opinion that the best thing to do wasn't to clean it, but just to replace the carpets, as it was pretty much impossible to remove ink stains that old on my type of carpet. His quoted price of just cleaning the entire area was also the least expensive compared to my other quotes from other places. I'd definitely deal with this company again for all my future commercial carpet needs. Since he took a hit at a potential sale by giving his honest opinion (replacing instead of using his cleaning service), I left this review in hopes they'd get more business, because it's hard to find honest people these days.”
