“They always do an awesome job at Wagner's. Got orange greasy stains out of my pale yellow blazer that I thought was a goner. Also, they were so amazing when there was a small mess up one day. I had dropped off a jumpsuit for alterations on the Saturday and needed it for Wednesday. Normally they wouldn't have them back until Thursday so the owner drove my item out to the alterations person herself. When I got there on Wednesday, for some reason it had been missed and wasn't there. I was stressed out but they went above and beyond to fix it. I couldn't get back there later that day so one of them drove the jumpsuit to my house, hung it on my door, and texted me that it was there. Mistakes happen but it's how businesses fix the mistakes that's important!”

I travel extensively for business and packing efficiently is critical as I only bring a single, small carry-on bag with me for trips of five days or less. As such I get my shirts and slacks cleaned, folded and bagged, to be as compact as possible. This is a service that not all cleaners can or will do, however Meadows does and this allows me to have variety in my wardrobe for the trip, while still maximizing space in my bag. All of this is for not however if the clothes have not been fully cleaned or properly pressed before folding and bagging. I have never been left “holding the bag” by Meadows Cleaners, I pack for my trip knowing that I can count on them to have gotten things right.”
