Exemplary customer service today from Mac & Patrick! We went in to renew our phones and to seek clarification with our TELUS BUSINESS ANYWHERE services. I was unsuccessful with getting straight answers during multiple calls to Telus BUSINESS over the past month. Mac & Patrick provided clear information, practical cost-saving recommendations and contacted TELUS BUSINESS for us to assist with changes that needed to be made. I had the best experience buying a phone from these guys today, as a new location I called and they told me they we not too busy so I went down there. The service was outstanding, they were straight up about the numbers and looked for ways I could save money on my plan etc. While I was there. I know how to wheel and deal a bit but the products they offered me made sense as I was getting a new phone slighlty early as my phone broke. Ended up opting for the insurance for the time being so that my investment I spend 100 dollars a month on will be safe. Down to earth and great guys to deal with while trying to pick out your newest phone. One of the best places I've had the pleasure of buying a phone from.
