Pros: The new location is fantastic. It feels like a real centre daycare as opposed to the previous location at Moody Elementary School. It's clean, they have upgraded and purchased new toys and there's lots of underground parking for drop offs and pick ups. My child loves going to daycare and we like and appreciate all of the care takers. The main reason we stay is because of the ECE's, else we probably wouldn't be here otherwise.

Cons: Most of my negative encounters are with corporate office. They never seem to proofread any communication sent out to parents as there's always wrong information in them causing them to backtrack. For such a large corporation, I find that very unprofessional. They have increased their fees more than I think is reasonable. In the 2 years that my child has been attending, they have increased their fees 5x making them one of the most expensive daycares in the Tri-Cities. Sometimes I also find there is lack of communication to parents regarding important issues (i.e. government incentives). Nothing was said or mentioned until parents constantly had to ask about it. They also failed to communicate to parents that we would need to purchase a key pass to enter the facilities separately. When I showed up one day to drop off my child, I was very nonchalantly asked if I brought CASH for it.
