I was diagnosed with stage 4 herniated disc, and a doctor advised me that a surgery would be recommended if treatments that are available to me can’t mitigate the severe back pain I was having. None of them were effective. Then I met Min. She knew right away that it was my posture causing the back problem. Through years of pilates training with Min, I was able to correct my posture and surprisingly, the pain disappeared and my back is completely normal now! Min is so knowledeable with lots of experience. I highly recommend MK pilates!
