Portfolio is perfect for those who don't want to worry about a depreciating asset sitting there when not in use! Being able to only pay for a vehicle when you're using it and to switch vehicles whenever is great. I'm away a lot for work, so it's nice not needing to worry about insurance or maintenance too!

Great experience overall! Concierge was always readily available and accommodating and there was always an amazing selection of cars for every need. Thank you !

Time is something that all of us have finite amounts of. What the Portfolio program has ultimately given me back is some of my time in my busy life. Since Portfolio essentially includes maintenance (and insurance) in the service’s monthly cost, there is no more having to drop off and pick up my car at the dealership for servicing.

I love how the team is able to pick up or drop off at my work or home, and even at a Skytrain station...and all from a few pushes of buttons on the mobile app. Once again, saving me time from having to find a ride from or to the dealership.

If you’re a car enthusiast, or even if you’re not, there is an ever update selection of cars that you will be matched with according to the activity that you choose in the Portfolio app. As mentioned by another review, sometimes you might not get exactly the car you requested (it is a shared pool of vehicles after all), but the Concierge team has always managed to offer an alternative in the category, and then flipped me into my selection when it is available.
