I had multiple stains during the winter season and they were able to get everything cleaned up. I was very specific as to what I expected and area of concern. I was informed no absolutely guarantee to get the stains out however, I received my jacket back extremely satisfied. My jacket looked and felt brand new. Thank you!”

“There are realities to hiring contractors that most do not accept. Looking at the other reviews, I suspect that they have not used a restoration company previously. Rather than perfection, I'd prefer they get the job done asap. As a property manager I seek a balance of quality and value. Avenue offers me this. Its rare to find a professional restoration company that can do a job and not charge an arm and a leg. They do make errors at times but they're usually pretty good at coming back to fix them.”
