Although the selection of brand names is quite limited, the value is practically unbeatable. They take appliances with minor cosmetic damage, replace the damaged panels and sell them at deep discounts, good as new. Unfortunately, most of their inventory is Samsung. There are some Bosch dishwashers and washer/dryer combos as well as some Gaggenau and Thermador appliances. If you want to save 30 to 50 percent off retail prices and aren't picky about brands or models, this is your place. We bought a stove, over the range microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator for about $3000 including taxes and delivery. We will be going back to buy a washer/dryer.

Went in to purchase a new dishwasher yesterday and was helped by Jimmy the stores G.M. What a great guy, we started chatting about why I needed a new dishwasher and I explained what was wrong with my old Samsung, long story short he sold me a $40.00 part showed me how to install it and I have my old machine working fine. I never inquired about a repair and was going to leave there with a new machine, that's the kind of business that makes me a customer for life!!!

Though I've had nothing but issues with the refrigerator I purchased, the post-sales service I've received has been amazing. Can't blame them for a defective unit...for that I blame Samsung. But the many issues has allowed me to get great insight into how well these guys treat their customers post sales. Each time I call up with an issue the repair guy (Jay who is also fantastic) is out the next day. Top notch customer service all around. Five stars, two thumbs up...what more can I say. The best
