From our window dimensions and product description the company provided a ball park estimate that we wished to follow up on. They came out measured, confirmed the product and the a week later the installer arrived with the blinds ready to install. “A bit overpriced for passport and citizenship photos. Initial baby passport photo was too big, and so I had to make a few trips back with the baby to get it right. The manager acknowledged their mistake and ended up providing us with a complimentary free collage photo shoot to make up for the mistakes. Those photos were amazing and clear so they made up for it. Thanks to the female manager she’s very friendly.”

“Jenny is a superstar! We figured out through a little research that we needed a new heating element for our dryer and tracked down a part number for our model. We contacted Reliable Parts after calling a couple other local suppliers and had the good fortune to be connected to Jenny. Jenny swiftly entered the part number in her system, confirmed that she had it in stock, and then mentioned that she carried the whole OEM assembly at the same price.
