Got an Alpaca Duvet about 6 months ago for our master bed and we're (wife and I) are impressed with several things 1) I notice that in the morning I'm less congested (sinuses). I think I was having allergy reactions to our prior duvet (goose down). Not sure if its the new duvet or not but I know its hypo-allergenic so maybe 2) I'm always hot -the wifes always freezing, but I'm not so hot under this duvet as I was before, and she's toasty warm. I see you can get the duvet custom made with a warmer side and cooler side which I didn't do but if you're a couple with different heat pref's I'd recommend getting it done that way 3) its way lighter than the last one we have so you hardly feel it on top you vs. the old duvet we had...just a minor thing but noticeable. 4) last but not least important for sure was the price! We paid a small fortune for our last duvet compared to the cost of this one. Its Canadian made, the quality of the stitching, thread count etc is high quality, so directly comparing with our last duvet, dollar for dollar this one is a much better duvet IMO. Highly recommend checking them out..you can by direct from them in Port Moody or they sell them online. We like buying and supporting local businesses in BC especially when they make a quality product at a great price!
