After feeling so frustrated for such a long time following an injury, Kevin spent the time with me to explain modifications to exercises to help me strengthen the muscles around the injury. He also provided expert recommendations to improve overall health and fitness. Kevin is extremely supportive, encouraging and is always so positive, so thank you for that!. My personal session far exceeded my expectations and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him.
