I went into the store to get a new phone as I had lost mine, Andrew went above and beyond to help me try and recover anything I could from my old phone and took his time explaining the different packages I could get! Great customer service.

Sachreet was super friendly and helpful and even stayed with me after closing time to help me figure out my phone problems! Very happy with the service.

Andrew was excellent. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made good eye contact throughout our visit. He also took his time explaining what he was doing, rather than some staff elsewhere who go through things so quickly, you have to ask them to repeat where they went or what they did, or you can't follow them. He was patient, polite and spent the time each client needed without making us feel rushed. When we entered the store, there were two male customers ahead of us and he gently stated, "I'm here alone today so I will be happy to assist you as soon as I can". He was a gem. We deliberately chose to return to this store today, rather than others which are closer, as we received such great customer service last time, we thought we might again. We were right! Andrew was wonderful and I walked out knowing more than when I walked in, my husband also had his situation explained/solved and we both left with a smile on our faces. In this day and age, that's sometimes not the outcome. We were thankful we revisited this site and that Andrew is the kind of staff person whose job obviously means a lot to him, as he brings so much to his customer service. Thanks again, Andrew.
