(July 21, 2020, 6:35 am)Jenny is a superstar! We figured out through a little research that we needed a new heating element for our dryer and tracked down a part number for our model. We contacted Reliable Parts after calling a couple other local suppliers and had the good fortune to be connected to Jenny. Jenny swiftly entered the part number in her system, confirmed that she had it in stock, and then mentioned that she carried the whole OEM assembly at the same price. Getting all of the pieces as a unit (coil, fuse, and thermostat) actually saved us money, time and frustration! Jenny even had the part ready and waiting for pickup when we dropped in. Jenny is a true professional. If we ever need any other appliance parts, we know who to call.
