Tricia’s Gems is truly a gem of a jewelry/gift store. Tricia and her staff are always so cheerful and helpful in that authentic way where you know they truly mean it and not just faking it because they want to make a sale. The store is filled from top to bottom with beautiful and affordable jewellery, home and personal items and I guarantee you will find something for the occasion that brought you there. I have never left empty-handed. I can’t wait for the new Cloverdale location opening.

Tricia is a lovely individual. She is very helpful and offers a calming and product-filled shopping experience. I chose some absolutely stunning hand-painted wine glasses, only to have payment problems at checkout. Tricia gladly held the items for me, even though they were on markdown. How kind! I came back the next day to purchase, and Tricia even remembered my name! A sign of true, great customer service. I can’t wait to come back and purchase some silver jewellery. Tricia's Gems is indeed a White Rock gem! Thank you!

I've driven by this place a few times on my way to petsmart and finally went in today!
They have a lovely selection of gifts and crystals! I went home with a Lapis crystal and a beautiful piece of Opalite! Their prices on crystals are very low and reasonable (especially compared to other places) the customer service is super, and we were greeted by three adorable dogs inside!
However I was super disappointed to hear they're moving locations :(

Such a fun shopping experience! The ladies at Tricia’s Gems were so sweet & helpful. They fully devoted themselves in helping me choose the perfect items for myself, I’ve never had such great service. The store was closing, and they not once rushed in helping me with my selections. They were so welcoming and accommodating, I’ll definitely be returning soon! Thank you ladies!
