(February 13, 2019, 5:09 pm)That is by far the best restaurant in White Rock/South Surrey/Crescent Beach area. John Kavanagh is a European-trained chef and his food is absolutely delicious. It's been consistently great for 20 years. We had our wedding reception and dinner there 20 years ago and it's been fabulous since.
