The Body Mechanix are amazing trainers. I have been with them for 3+ years. With their help my life has changed through weight lose, healthy eating, emotional support and always been there when I needed that extra help. I could go on & on why I love this 'family' team of trainers but try them & you will see what I am talking about.. They are the best!!!

Bruce & Anitra are awesome! It's so nice to be in a small group and get that individual attention and accountability. They have all the equipment you need and then they follow though with awesome meal plans and the new online app to monitor my progress is really cool. Don't worry about what shape you're in or what size you are - it's all about getting fitter and just showing up is half the battle!
