I called several fireplace companies and Fireplace Decor had the lowest price and were able to make an appointment for me quickly while other companies could not make it to my place until the new year. After the first service visit, I accidentally messed up the pilot light. Clark came by again to fix it and also brought another piece, thinking it might help.
