I called several other companies to service my fireplace, and Fireplace Decor gave me the lowest price and able to gave me an appointment two days later while other companies could only give me appointment until after the New Year. And some of them don't want to service my fireplace but to rebuild it because it's an old unit ( a 1997 Napoleon fireplace). Clark, the owner of Fireplace Decor came and had it fixed. After the first visit, I messed up the pilot light, and Clark came back the second time and didn't charge me for it. He even brought a gasket the second visit thinking I might need it, and he had it installed. Thank you Clark.
