I’ve been training with Donna Cheong about twice a week for over 6 years. I never expected to feel this fit and strong at aged 40+ !!
I love her philosophy, I love her sense of humour, I love how she keeps me challenged. Her workouts are always fun and EFFECTIVE! She’s taught me that fitness is about so much more than exercise, that it’s vital self care - a way to blow out the cobwebs of a stressful day and do something GOOD for my body, mind and soul.
