I noticed some cracks in my tire, contacted Fountain Tire & they were able to accommodate me with barely any notice. Thankfully my size tire was in stock & competitive price as well. Thanks to Chris & his team for the fast & efficient service!

Best Customer service. They provide honest repair diagnostics. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are also very fair. They provide great quality service and they really care about their customers. The guys here give exceptional service. Our tire popped on our Tesla and the guys went above and beyond to try to locate a tire for us.
It turned out that only Tesla had the tire so they called to try and get it and tried to arrange everything so that we got our car back in a timely manner.

I am writing to express my most sincere appreciation and gratitude for your exceptional service in repairing the slow flat on the winter tire for our 2012 Honda Civic this morning. I initially attended a different tire store who were unable to repair the tire, recommending I attend your store for further consultation with respect to the purchase of a used Goodyear tire which they did not carry. Upon arrival, I was met with a truly warm greeting and inspection of my tire. Chris invited me to follow him into the repair shop for further examination of the tire and advised me step by step of the prognosis of a potential repair. His staff watched closely and ultimately Chris demonstrated the highest level of leadership and knowledge to his young staff, despite what appeared to be a rather routine flat repair upon inspection. The shop employees were also tremendous and super friendly. While I only waited about 15-20 minutes maximum, I further had the opportunity to observe Chris and his staff exhibit the same, exceptional level of service to other customers. His other staffer at the front counter processed my payment and was again, very friendly and demonstrated exceptional communication and customer relation skills. From now on, I will always attend Fountain Tire Langley Bypass without question and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Chris and staff!
