I had a flat tire and needed a replacement ASAP. I dealt with Colin in the parts department and he was so efficient and helpful. He had a tire in stock and got Christal in service to book me in. She got me in within the hour and was very polite and pleasant to deal with on the phone. I checked my car in with Jill and as she promised, my vehicle was done within the hour and I was on my way to work. Excellent job Jonker! I will be back!

Have been going to Jonker Honda for a few years now for servicing of my Honda Accord. Went today for regular servicing. I have known since my last service I would need new tires and was asked if I wanted to get that added on today. I asked about the tires and the person helping me could really not give me that much information on tire details. She tried asking the service person at the desk but he just referred her to where the tires are in the store and I was left there to look at the tires with no knowledge myself. Of course did not end up booking the service for new tires I felt there was a lack of customer service and knowledge.

From the time I stepped into Jonker Honda to my final send off in my new Honda Civic, the staff was accommodating, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Frank and Ben offered award winning service
and all my questions as well as concerns were answered and dealt with. I was given a complete tour of the workings of the car by Ben, and no question went unanswered. Great staff and an overall greater experience! Ben and Alisha were very honest, helpful and educated. They knew exactly what I wanted and suggested the best advice. I left the dealership with so much knowledge about my new car and I couldn’t ask for anything more. If it wasn’t for me living so far away, I’d be taking my car back for service and maintenance at Jonker Honda. Highly recommending this dealership.
