After reading mixed reviews I decided to give this place a try, had yet to find a decent Chinese restaurant in Surrey. What a pleasant surprise, food was fresh and delicious. Typical American style Chinese food which is exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be my new go to spot when I’m craving Chinese.

Best Chinese food around! Been going here for almost 20 years. Changed ownership about 15 years ago and has kept its integrity. I'm sensitive to MSG and they offer MSG FREE meals when requested. Great tasting food without the garbage. Free delivery too within the area.

I've ordered from lee yeun for 20 yrs but since new management their food is gross. Decided to pick up from this place, which I never knew existed just down the street from my house. I am glad I did!! Good quality chinese food and very professional service.

I really like the owner she is doing a good business and the food she produces is top-quality and reasonably priced my only disappointment is it's not a place to sit down and eat as it is just too cold to sit in and not a pleasant dining environment. The business here is seemingly 90% take out and always busy. Be sure to try the food and be prepared to take it with you for a more pleasurable dining experience at home or elsewhere.
